They will tell you that, 3 to 5 times a week, you need to exercise on a treadmill, elliptical machine, stair climber, etc for 30 to 40 minutes at a moderate aerobic pace.. They will also probably say that a little more is better.. 4 times a week is better than 3 and 5 times a week is even better..
